إِنَّ الَّذینَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ عِبادٌ أَمْثالُکُمْ فَادْعُوهُمْ فَلْیَسْتَجیبُوا لَکُمْ إِنْ کُنْتُمْ صادِقینَ (194 )
Verily, those whom you call upon Instead of Allah, are created ones, like You, so[ to remove your problems ]call Them and see whether they answer you If you are truthful;
أَ لَهُمْ أَرْجُلٌ یَمْشُونَ بِها أَمْ لَهُمْ أَیْدٍ یَبْطِشُونَ بِها أَمْ لَهُمْ أَعْیُنٌ یُبْصِرُونَ بِها أَمْ لَهُمْ آذانٌ یَسْمَعُونَ بِها قُلِ ادْعُوا شُرَکاءَکُمْ ثُمَّ کیدُونِ فَلا تُنْظِرُونِ (195 )
Have they 1? feet to walk with? Or Have they hands by which they hold? Or have they eyes by which they see? Or have they ears by which they hear? Say[ O, Messenger! ]:" Call your Partners and then plot against me, 2? And give me no respite!"
إِنَّ وَلِیِّیَ اللَّهُ الَّذی نَزَّلَ الْکِتابَ وَ هُوَ یَتَوَلَّى الصَّالِحینَ (196 )
And[ say O, Messenger! ]:" My Guardian and Supporter is Allah Who Has revealed this[ Holy ]Book 3? and He Is the Guardian of the righteous."
وَ الَّذینَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ لا یَسْتَطیعُونَ نَصْرَکُمْ وَ لا أَنْفُسَهُمْ یَنْصُرُونَ (197 )
[ And say O, Messenger! ]:" Those On whom you call instead of Allah, Have no power to help you, neither They can help themselves;
وَ إِنْ تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدى لا یَسْمَعُوا وَ تَراهُمْ یَنْظُرُونَ إِلَیْکَ وَ هُمْ لا یُبْصِرُونَ (198 )
" And if you call them to guidance, they Do not hear and you will see them Looking at you but they cannot see you[ Because they have artificial eyes ]."

خُذِ الْعَفْوَ وَ أْمُرْ بِالْعُرْفِ وَ أَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْجاهِلینَ (199 )
[ O, Messenger! ]Adopt Forgiveness And enjoin righteousness and turn Away from the ignorant ones!
وَ إِمَّا یَنْزَغَنَّکَ مِنَ الشَّیْطانِ نَزْغٌ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ سَمیعٌ عَلیمٌ (200 )
[ O, Man ]If an evil whisper comes to You from Satan, then seek refuge With Allah. Verily, Allah is The Knowing Hearer;
إِنَّ الَّذینَ اتَّقَوْا إِذا مَسَّهُمْ طائِفٌ مِنَ الشَّیْطانِ تَذَکَّرُوا فَإِذا هُمْ مُبْصِرُونَ (201 )
Verily, those who are pious when an evil Thought touches them through Satan, They invoke to Allah"s Remembrance,[ Then ]they see things clearly[ and they Become immune from making error ];
وَ إِخْوانُهُمْ یَمُدُّونَهُمْ فی الغَیِّ ثُمَّ لا یُقْصِرُونَ (202 )
But their devil brothers try to plunge Them further into error and do not Cease their vain efforts.
وَ إِذا لَمْ تَأْتِهِمْ بِآیَةٍ قالُوا لَوْ لا اجْتَبَیْتَها قُلْ إِنَّما أَتَّبِعُ ما یُوحى إِلَیَّ مِنْ رَبِّی هذا بَصائِرُ مِنْ رَبِّکُمْ وَ هُدىً وَ رَحْمَةٌ لِقَوْمٍ یُؤْمِنُونَ (203 )
And when you do not bring them any Word of Revelation, they say:" Why Have you not forged it yourself?" Say[ O, Messenger! ]:" Verily, I only follow What is revealed to me from my Creator and Nurturer; this[ Holy Qur"an ]Is a sight-giving light from your Creator and Nurturer; and it is a Guidance and a Grace for those who Believe."
وَ إِذا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَ أَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّکُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ (204 )
[ O, people! ]And when the Holy Qur"an is recited, give you ear to it and Keep silent, so that you may receive Mercy[ from your Creator and Nurturer. ]
وَ اذْکُرْ رَبَّکَ فی نَفْسِکَ تَضَرُّعاً وَ خیفَةً وَ دُونَ الْجَهْرِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ بِالْغُدُوِّ وَ الْآصالِ وَ لا تَکُنْ مِنَ الْغافِلینَ (205 )
[ O man ]Remember your Creator and Nurturer in Your soul with Humbleness and awe[ of His High Stand ]And keep your voice low in the morning and In the evening prayers; and do not be of The neglectful!
إِنَّ الَّذینَ عِنْدَ رَبِّکَ لا یَسْتَکْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبادَتِهِ وَ یُسَبِّحُونَهُ وَ لَهُ یَسْجُدُونَ (206 )
Verily, those who are in the Presence Of your Creator and Nurturer,[ in The heaven ] 1? they are hum le while Performing acts of worship to Allah; They Celebrate Allah"s Absolute Purity And prostrate before Allah Submissively.

سورةُ الأنفَال
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحیمِ
In the Name of Allah The Merciful Beneficent
یَسْئَلُونَکَ عَنِ الْأَنْفالِ قُلِ الْأَنْفالُ لِلَّهِ وَ الرَّسُولِ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَ أَصْلِحُوا ذاتَ بَیْنِکُمْ وَ أَطیعُوا اللَّهَ وَ رَسُولَهُ إِنْ کُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنینَ (1 )
They ask you[ O, Messenger! ]about The spoils of war; 1? say:" The spoils Belong to Allah and the Messenger. So Fear from the disobedience of Allah"s Commands and set things straight Among yourselves; and obey Allah and Allah"s Messenger, if you are believers."

إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذینَ إِذا ذُکِرَ اللَّهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَ إِذا تُلِیَتْ عَلَیْهِمْ آیاتُهُ زادَتْهُمْ إیماناً وَ عَلى رَبِّهِمْ یَتَوَکَّلُونَ (2 )
[ The believers are: ]Those who feel awe And trembling in their hearts 1? when Allah"s Name is mentioned; and when Words of Revelation are recited to Them, their Faith increases; and they are Those who put all their trust in their Creator and Nurturer;
الَّذینَ یُقیمُونَ الصَّلاةَ وَ مِمَّا رَزَقْناهُمْ یُنْفِقُونَ (3 )
[ The believers are: ]Those who Perform prayers regularly; 2? and spend Out of what We have provided for Them, as sustenance;
أُولئِکَ هُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ حَقًّا لَهُمْ دَرَجاتٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ وَ مَغْفِرَةٌ وَ رِزْقٌ کَریمٌ (4 )
Such are the true believers and for Them there shall be with their Creator and Nurturer grades of dignity, Forgiveness and a graceful sustenance.
کَما أَخْرَجَکَ رَبُّکَ مِنْ بَیْتِکَ بِالْحَقِّ وَ إِنَّ فَریقاً مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنینَ لَکارِهُونَ (5 )
[ Their dislike regarding the division Of the spoils is the same as the dislike Of a group of believers ]: When your Creator and Nurturer Commanded you[ O, Messenger ]to go forth from your House justly but a party of the believers Disliked it;
یُجادِلُونَکَ فِی الْحَقِّ بَعْدَ ما تَبَیَّنَ کَأَنَّما یُساقُونَ إِلَى الْمَوْتِ وَ هُمْ یَنْظُرُونَ (6 )
Disputed with you about the right course After it had been made clear;[ they Received the decree of taking part in The war with utmost reluctance ]as if they Were being driven to death and they Were looking at it. 3?

وَ إِذْ یَعِدُکُمُ اللَّهُ إِحْدَى الطَّائِفَتَیْنِ أَنَّها لَکُمْ وَ تَوَدُّونَ أَنَّ غَیْرَ ذاتِ الشَّوْکَةِ تَکُونُ لَکُمْ وَ یُریدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ یُحِقَّ الْحَقَّ بِکَلِماتِهِ وَ یَقْطَعَ دابِرَ الْکافِرینَ (7 )
And[ remember ]when Allah Promised you,[ Muslims ]one of the two Caravans of the enemy, it should be Yours: You desired that the unarmed And richly laden one[ without any Trouble ]should be yours; but Allah Willed to justify the Truth by His Word Of Command and to cut off the roots of The disbelievers, 1?
لِیُحِقَّ الْحَقَّ وَ یُبْطِلَ الْباطِلَ وَ لَوْ کَرِهَ الْمُجْرِمُونَ (8 )
That He might prove the Truth 2? by What was true and show Falsehood 3? by What was false, though it be disliked By the guilty ones.
إِذْ تَسْتَغیثُونَ رَبَّکُمْ فَاسْتَجابَ لَکُمْ أَنِّی مُمِدُّکُمْ بِأَلْفٍ مِنَ الْمَلائِکَةِ مُرْدِفینَ (9 )
And[ remember ]when you invoked to Your Creator and Nurturer for help, so Allah answered you[ declaring ]:" Verily, I will help you with a thousand of Angels following one another."
وَ ما جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ إِلاَّ بُشْرى وَ لِتَطْمَئِنَّ بِهِ قُلُوبُکُمْ وَ مَا النَّصْرُ إِلاَّ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزیزٌ حَکیمٌ (10 )
And Allah did not bestow it 4? but as Good-tidings and that your hearts be Assured by it. Victory comes only by The Aid of Allah; and verily, Allah is The Source-Wisdom Supreme power.

مَنْ یَهْدِ اللَّهُ فَهُوَ الْمُهْتَدی وَ مَنْ یُضْلِلْ فَأُولئِکَ هُمُ الْخاسِرُونَ (178 )
Whomsoever Allah guides, he is Guided rightly and whom Allah leaves Astray[ due to his disobedience ], Such indeed is one of the losers.
وَ لَقَدْ ذَرَأْنا لِجَهَنَّمَ کَثیراً مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ لا یَفْقَهُونَ بِها وَ لَهُمْ أَعْیُنٌ لا یُبْصِرُونَ بِها وَ لَهُمْ آذانٌ لا یَسْمَعُونَ بِها أُولئِکَ کَالْأَنْعامِ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ أُولئِکَ هُمُ الْغافِلُونَ (179 )
Indeed We have created for the Hell, Many of the Jinns and the men: They Have hearts[ but ]they cannot Understand[ the Truth ]with them; and They have eyes[ but ]they cannot see[ The Truth ]with them; and they have Ears[ but ]they cannot hear[ the Truth ]With them. They are like cattle; no, They are more astray; they are those Who are heedless of the Divine Warnings.
وَ لِلَّهِ الْأَسْماءُ الْحُسْنى فَادْعُوهُ بِها وَ ذَرُوا الَّذینَ یُلْحِدُونَ فی أَسْمائِهِ سَیُجْزَوْنَ ما کانُوا یَعْمَلُونَ (180 )
And to Allah belong Names of Outstanding Excellence, 1? so invoke to Allah through these Names and leave Those who distort Allah"s Names; they Will soon be punished for what they do.
وَ مِمَّنْ خَلَقْنا أُمَّةٌ یَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَ بِهِ یَعْدِلُونَ (181 )
And of those whom We have Created are a party who guide others To the Truth and establish justice Based on the truth.

وَ الَّذینَ کَذَّبُوا بِآیاتِنا سَنَسْتَدْرِجُهُمْ مِنْ حَیْثُ لا یَعْلَمُونَ (182 )
And those who belie Our Words of Revelation We shall gradually seize Them with punishment through ways Which they do not perceive;
وَ أُمْلی لَهُمْ إِنَّ کَیْدی مَتینٌ (183 )
And I grant them 1? respite. Verily, My scheme is highly strong;
أَ وَ لَمْ یَتَفَکَّرُوا ما بِصاحِبِهِمْ مِنْ جِنَّةٍ إِنْ هُوَ إِلاَّ نَذیرٌ مُبینٌ (184 )
Do they not think that there is no Madness in their Divine Supervisor? 2? He is but a Warning Expositor;
أَ وَ لَمْ یَنْظُرُوا فی مَلَکُوتِ السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ وَ ما خَلَقَ اللَّهُ مِنْ شَیْءٍ وَ أَنْ عَسى أَنْ یَکُونَ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَبِأَیِّ حَدیثٍ بَعْدَهُ یُؤْمِنُونَ (185 )
Do they not observe and meditate About the dominion of the heavens and The earth and all things that Allah Has created? And do they not think that Their term[ of life ]may be near? In What message after this[ Holy Qur"an ]Will they then believe?
مَنْ یُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَلا هادِیَ لَهُ وَ یَذَرُهُمْ فی طُغْیانِهِمْ یَعْمَهُونَ (186 )
Whomsoever Allah leaves alone 3? There is no guide for him; Allah leaves Such people to wander blindly in their Rebellion.

یَسْئَلُونَکَ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ أَیَّانَ مُرْساها قُلْ إِنَّما عِلْمُها عِنْدَ رَبِّی لا یُجَلِّیها لِوَقْتِها إِلاَّ هُوَ ثَقُلَتْ فِی السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ لا تَأْتیکُمْ إِلاَّ بَغْتَةً یَسْئَلُونَکَ کَأَنَّکَ حَفِیٌّ عَنْها قُلْ إِنَّما عِلْمُها عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَ لکِنَّ أَکْثَرَ النَّاسِ لا یَعْلَمُونَ (187 )
They will question you[ O, Messenger ]Concerning the Hour of Resurrection That when it will be? Say:" The Knowledge of it, is only with my Creator; none but Allah can reveal its Exact time. The Event will be hard on The heavens and the earth and it will Not come on you but suddenly." They Will question you[ O, Messenger ]as if You are well-informed of it. Say[ O, Messenger! ]:" The knowledge of The Hour is with Allah only, but most People do not know."
قُلْ لا أَمْلِکُ لِنَفْسی نَفْعاً وَ لا ضَرًّا إِلاَّ ما شاءَ اللَّهُ وَ لَوْ کُنْتُ أَعْلَمُ الْغَیْبَ لاَسْتَکْثَرْتُ مِنَ الْخَیْرِ وَ ما مَسَّنِیَ السُّوءُ إِنْ أَنَا إِلاَّ نَذیرٌ وَ بَشیرٌ لِقَوْمٍ یُؤْمِنُونَ (188 )
Say[ O, Messenger! ]:" I possess no power Of benefit or loss to myself except that Which Allah Wills. If I had The Knowledge of the Unseen, I Should have accumulated for myself an Abundance of wealth and no evil Should touch me. I am but a Warner For the wrongdoers and a Bringer of Glad-tidings for the believers."
هُوَ الَّذی خَلَقَکُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ واحِدَةٍ وَ جَعَلَ مِنْها زَوْجَها لِیَسْکُنَ إِلَیْها فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّاها حَمَلَتْ حَمْلاً خَفیفاً فَمَرَّتْ بِهِ فَلَمَّا أَثْقَلَتْ دَعَوَا اللَّهَ رَبَّهُما لَئِنْ آتَیْتَنا صالِحاً لَنَکُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاکِرینَ (189 )
Allah is the One Who created you from A single being 1? and then He created his Mate[ Eve ]from his kind in order that he Might enjoy resting to her. When he Associated with her, she became Pregnant and she carried about the burden Which was light. Then when it grew Heavy they both prayed to their Creator and Nurturer saying:" O, our Creator and Nurturer! If you grant us a Righteous child, we shall indeed be of The grateful."

فَلَمَّا آتاهُما صالِحاً جَعَلا لَهُ شُرَکاءَ فیما آتاهُما فَتَعالَى اللَّهُ عَمَّا یُشْرِکُونَ (190 )
But when Allah gives them a righteous Son,[ some of `Adam"s children ]ascribe to Allah partners in what He has granted Them; 1? Allah"s Stand is far beyond The mean idea of considering any partner For Him;
أَ یُشْرِکُونَ ما لا یَخْلُقُ شَیْئاً وَ هُمْ یُخْلَقُونَ (191 )
Do[ the Children of `Adam ]attribute as Partners to Allah, those who created Nothing, but they themselves are Created ones?
وَ لا یَسْتَطیعُونَ لَهُمْ نَصْراً وَ لا أَنْفُسَهُمْ یَنْصُرُونَ (192 )
And these[ idols ]can neither help[ The Children of `Adam ], nor can they Help themselves;
وَ إِنْ تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدى لا یَتَّبِعُوکُمْ سَواءٌ عَلَیْکُمْ أَ دَعَوْتُمُوهُمْ أَمْ أَنْتُمْ صامِتُونَ (193 )
And if you call them to guidance They do not follow you: The result is The same for you, whether you call Them or keep silent;

1. Some Children of `Adam and Eve, when their
child is born, they forget that it is a precious gift of Allah. Instead their gradual familiarity with the new
life, makes them connect it with many superstitious ideas or they take it for granted as a little plaything of the material world and this leads to idolatry or false worship( A. Yusuf Ali ).

الَّذینَ یَتَّبِعُونَ الرَّسُولَ النَّبِیَّ الْأُمِّیَّ الَّذی یَجِدُونَهُ مَکْتُوباً عِنْدَهُمْ فِی التَّوْراةِ وَ الْإِنْجیلِ یَأْمُرُهُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَ یَنْهاهُمْ عَنِ الْمُنْکَرِ وَ یُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّیِّباتِ وَ یُحَرِّمُ عَلَیْهِمُ الْخَبائِثَ وَ یَضَعُ عَنْهُمْ إِصْرَهُمْ وَ الْأَغْلالَ الَّتی کانَتْ عَلَیْهِمْ فَالَّذینَ آمَنُوا بِهِ وَ عَزَّرُوهُ وَ نَصَرُوهُ وَ اتَّبَعُوا النُّورَ الَّذی أُنْزِلَ مَعَهُ أُولئِکَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ (157 )
" Those who follow the unlettered Messenger 1? whose characteristics they Will find written in their own Scriptures The Taurat and the Injil[ will see That ]this Messenger enjoins[ People ]to what is good and forbids Them from what is evil; and he makes Lawful to them the good things and Prohibits them from bad things; and He removes from them their burden And yokes which were upon them[ From superstitions of the old time ]; so Those who believe in him and honour Him, and help him,[ in Allah"s Way ]And follow the Light 1? which has been Sent down with him, they are indeed The ones who receive salvation."
قُلْ یا أَیُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنِّی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَیْکُمْ جَمیعاً الَّذی لَهُ مُلْکُ السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ یُحْیی وَ یُمیتُ فَآمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَ رَسُولِهِ النَّبِیِّ الْأُمِّیِّ الَّذی یُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَ کَلِماتِهِ وَ اتَّبِعُوهُ لَعَلَّکُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ (158 )
Say[ O, Messenger! ]:" O, people! I am Sent to you all, as the Messenger of Allah, the One to Whom belongs The Dominion of the heavens and The earth; there is no God but Allah, The Almighty Who gives life and Causes death. So believe in Allah and His unlettered Messenger who believes In Allah and Allah"s Words; follow The Messenger so that you may be Guided."
وَ مِنْ قَوْمِ مُوسى أُمَّةٌ یَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَ بِهِ یَعْدِلُونَ (159 )
And of the people of Mussa there is a Party who guide to the Truth 2? and do Justice according to the truth. 3?

وَ قَطَّعْناهُمُ اثْنَتَیْ عَشْرَةَ أَسْباطاً أُمَماً وَ أَوْحَیْنا إِلى مُوسى إِذِ اسْتَسْقاهُ قَوْمُهُ أَنِ اضْرِبْ بِعَصاکَ الْحَجَرَ فَانْبَجَسَتْ مِنْهُ اثْنَتا عَشْرَةَ عَیْناً قَدْ عَلِمَ کُلُّ أُناسٍ مَشْرَبَهُمْ وَ ظَلَّلْنا عَلَیْهِمُ الْغَمامَ وَ أَنْزَلْنا عَلَیْهِمُ الْمَنَّ وَ السَّلْوى کُلُوا مِنْ طَیِّباتِ ما رَزَقْناکُمْ وَ ما ظَلَمُونا وَ لکِنْ کانُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ یَظْلِمُونَ (160 )
We divided them,[ the Children of Israil ]into Twelve Tribes and Considered each of them a Community[ descended from ya`qub Family ]. When Mussa"s people asked Him for water, We revealed to him:" Strike the rock with your stick!" There Gushed forth twelve springs out of it, So each group knew its own place for Water. We bestowed upon them The shade of clouds and sent down to Them Manna and Quails,[ stating: ]" Eat of the good and lawful things We Have provided for you." They did Not wrong Us[ by their disobedience ]But they only did wrong to Themselves;
وَ إِذْ قیلَ لَهُمُ اسْکُنُوا هذِهِ الْقَرْیَةَ وَ کُلُوا مِنْها حَیْثُ شِئْتُمْ وَ قُولُوا حِطَّةٌ وَ ادْخُلُوا الْبابَ سُجَّداً نَغْفِرْ لَکُمْ خَطیئاتِکُمْ سَنَزیدُ الْمُحْسِنینَ (161 )
And it was stated to them:" Dwell in This town 1? and eat whatever you wish[ Of the sustenance ]and say:" O, our Creator and Nurturer! Fall down our Sins." And enter the gate of the temple Prostrating;[ if you obey Our Command ]We will forgive your Wrongdoings and soon We will Increase the reward of The good-doers among you."

فَبَدَّلَ الَّذینَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْهُمْ قَوْلاً غَیْرَ الَّذی قیلَ لَهُمْ فَأَرْسَلْنا عَلَیْهِمْ رِجْزاً مِنَ السَّماءِ بِما کانُوا یَظْلِمُونَ (162 )
But the evil-doers of them changed The word which was stated to them, For an irrelevant word; 1? so We sent Down upon them a plague from The heaven due to their evildoing.
وَ سْئَلْهُمْ عَنِ الْقَرْیَةِ الَّتی کانَتْ حاضِرَةَ الْبَحْرِ إِذْ یَعْدُونَ فِی السَّبْتِ إِذْ تَأْتیهِمْ حیتانُهُمْ یَوْمَ سَبْتِهِمْ شُرَّعاً وَ یَوْمَ لا یَسْبِتُونَ لا تَأْتیهِمْ کَذلِکَ نَبْلُوهُمْ بِما کانُوا یَفْسُقُونَ (163 )
And[ O, Messenger! ]ask them about The people who lived in a town beside The sea, how they exceeded the limit Of the Sabbath? 2? When their fish came On the surface of the water in Abundance on the Sabbath day, and Did not come to them on the day they Had no Sabbath. Thus We made a trial Of that people by the Decree which They disobeyed it.
وَ إِذْ قالَتْ أُمَّةٌ مِنْهُمْ لِمَ تَعِظُونَ قَوْماً اللَّهُ مُهْلِکُهُمْ أَوْ مُعَذِّبُهُمْ عَذاباً شَدیداً قالُوا مَعْذِرَةً إِلى رَبِّکُمْ وَ لَعَلَّهُمْ یَتَّقُونَ (164 )
And when a group among them Said:" Why do you preach a people Whom Allah will destroy or will punish Them with a Severe Torment?"[ The preachers ]said:" In order to do Our duty before your Creator and Nurturer,[ Regarding to enjoin good and To forbid evildoing ]and perhaps they Become pious[ by our warnings ]."

2. Since fishing was prohibited to Israil on the
Sabbath( Saturday )the fish used to come up with a sense of security and the law-breakers aimed at them.

فَلَمَّا نَسُوا ما ذُکِّرُوا بِهِ أَنْجَیْنَا الَّذینَ یَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ السُّوءِ وَ أَخَذْنَا الَّذینَ ظَلَمُوا بِعَذابٍ بَئیسٍ بِما کانُوا یَفْسُقُونَ (165 )
So when they forgot the warnings, We Saved those who forbade evil and Seized the evil-doers with a dreadful Torment because they were disobedient;
فَلَمَّا عَتَوْا عَنْ ما نُهُوا عَنْهُ قُلْنا لَهُمْ کُونُوا قِرَدَةً خاسِئینَ (166 )
So when they proudly transgressed What they had been forbidden, so We Stated to them with the Word of Command:" Be you apes, despised and Loathed!" 1?
وَ إِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّکَ لَیَبْعَثَنَّ عَلَیْهِمْ إِلى یَوْمِ الْقِیامَةِ مَنْ یَسُومُهُمْ سُوءَ الْعَذابِ إِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَسَریعُ الْعِقابِ وَ إِنَّهُ لَغَفُورٌ رَحیمٌ (167 )
And[ remind them O, Messenger! ]of the Time that your Creator and Nurturer Declared that He would keep on Sending against them 2? to the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict Them with harshness and cruelty. Verily, Your Creator and Nurturer is the Swift- Retributing and yet He is the Merciful Forgiving.
وَ قَطَّعْناهُمْ فِی الْأَرْضِ أُمَماً مِنْهُمُ الصَّالِحُونَ وَ مِنْهُمْ دُونَ ذلِکَ وَ بَلَوْناهُمْ بِالْحَسَناتِ وَ السَّیِّئاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ یَرْجِعُونَ (168 )
And We scattered the Children of Israil On the earth as separated groups; Some of them are righteous and Some are evil-doers; and We have Tried them both with happiness and Adversity, so that they may return[ to The Right Path ];

فَخَلَفَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ وَرِثُوا الْکِتابَ یَأْخُذُونَ عَرَضَ هذَا الْأَدْنى وَ یَقُولُونَ سَیُغْفَرُ لَنا وَ إِنْ یَأْتِهِمْ عَرَضٌ مِثْلُهُ یَأْخُذُوهُ أَ لَمْ یُؤْخَذْ عَلَیْهِمْ میثاقُ الْکِتابِ أَنْ لا یَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ إِلاَّ الْحَقَّ وَ دَرَسُوا ما فیهِ وَ الدَّارُ الْآخِرَةُ خَیْرٌ لِلَّذینَ یَتَّقُونَ أَ فَلا تَعْقِلُونَ (169 )
Then an evil generation succeeded Them who inherited the Taurat; 1? they Grasped the goods of this petty world Saying:" Every thing we do will be Forgiven." And if came to them goods Of the like, they would grindingly Take them too. Was not the covenant Of the Scripture on their behalf That they should not speak anything Concerning Allah but the truth And that they should act upon what They learn from the Book? And Surely the abode of the Hereafter Is better for the righteous; do you not Use your reason?
وَ الَّذینَ یُمَسِّکُونَ بِالْکِتابِ وَ أَقامُوا الصَّلاةَ إِنَّا لا نُضیعُ أَجْرَ الْمُصْلِحینَ (170 )
And those who hold fast to the Book And perform regular prayers[ be sure ]We do not withhold the reward of The righteous.

1. They considered the Taurat as some property
which men receive for their heritage, but not as a Divine Book which they must act upon its Decrees.
وَ إِذْ نَتَقْنَا الْجَبَلَ فَوْقَهُمْ کَأَنَّهُ ظُلَّةٌ وَ ظَنُّوا أَنَّهُ واقِعٌ بِهِمْ خُذُوا ما آتَیْناکُمْ بِقُوَّةٍ وَ اذْکُرُوا ما فیهِ لَعَلَّکُمْ تَتَّقُونَ (171 )
And[ remind them O, Messenger! ]Of the time when We raised The Mount over them as a canopy, And they feared that it was Going to fall on them[ then We Stated: ]" Hold fast to what We have Given you 1? and remember that which Is therein, so that you may become Pious."
وَ إِذْ أَخَذَ رَبُّکَ مِنْ بَنی آدَمَ مِنْ ظُهُورِهِمْ ذُرِّیَّتَهُمْ وَ أَشْهَدَهُمْ عَلى أَنْفُسِهِمْ أَ لَسْتُ بِرَبِّکُمْ قالُوا بَلى شَهِدْنا أَنْ تَقُولُوا یَوْمَ الْقِیامَةِ إِنَّا کُنَّا عَنْ هذا غافِلینَ (172 )
And[ remind them O, Messenger! ]when Your Creator and Nurturer brought forth From the Children of `Adam, from their Loins, their offsprings and made them Testify as to themselves,[ stating: ]" Am I not your Creator and Nurturer?" They replied:" Yes, we do bear Witness." 1?[ We did so ]lest you should Say on the Day of Judgement:" Verily, We were not aware of this;"
أَوْ تَقُولُوا إِنَّما أَشْرَکَ آباؤُنا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَ کُنَّا ذُرِّیَّةً مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ أَ فَتُهْلِکُنا بِما فَعَلَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ (173 )
Or lest you should say:" It is only Because our fathers associated false Gods with Allah before us; and we are Their descendants after them[ so we Followed them ]; will you destroy us on Account of what the vain-doers did?"
وَ کَذلِکَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآیاتِ وَ لَعَلَّهُمْ یَرْجِعُونَ (174 )
And thus, We explain the Words Of Revelation in details, so that they May turn[ to the Truth ].
1. The Taurat
1. Allah, the Almighty through His Embracing
Knowledge, is informed about the offsprings of `Adam; the one who bears witness and replies to Allah"s Question is the Divine Nature of man"s soul which was created a Monotheist by Allah, the Creator and Nurturer of all men.( 30: 30 )

وَ اتْلُ عَلَیْهِمْ نَبَأَ الَّذی آتَیْناهُ آیاتِنا فَانْسَلَخَ مِنْها فَأَتْبَعَهُ الشَّیْطانُ فَکانَ مِنَ الْغاوینَ (175 )
And[ O, Messenger! ]recount to them The story of him 1? to whom We granted From Our Own Presence spiritual Power and insight. But he deprived Himself from them; so Satan followed Him up and he went astray;
وَ لَوْ شِئْنا لَرَفَعْناهُ بِها وَ لکِنَّهُ أَخْلَدَ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ وَ اتَّبَعَ هَواهُ فَمَثَلُهُ کَمَثَلِ الْکَلْبِ إِنْ تَحْمِلْ عَلَیْهِ یَلْهَثْ أَوْ تَتْرُکْهُ یَلْهَثْ ذلِکَ مَثَلُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذینَ کَذَّبُوا بِآیاتِنا فَاقْصُصِ الْقَصَصَ لَعَلَّهُمْ یَتَفَکَّرُونَ (176 )
And had We Willed, We would surely, Have elevated him[ by the gifts of Divine Signs and Knowledge ], but he Clung to the earth 2? and followed his Own vain desires; so his similitude is of A rabid dog: If you drive him away he Lolls his tongue out and if you leave Him alone, he again lolls his tongue out: Such is the story of those who belie Our Signs, so[ O, Messenger ]relate these Allegorical stories[ to the people ], Perhaps they may think;
ساءَ مَثَلاً الْقَوْمُ الَّذینَ کَذَّبُوا بِآیاتِنا وَ أَنْفُسَهُمْ کانُوا یَظْلِمُونَ (177 )
How evil is the similitude of the people Who belied Our Signs 3? and to Themselves only they did wrong[ Because Allah is the Absolute Independent and Free from the need of Being confirmed by the people ];

وَ إِذْ أَنْجَیْناکُمْ مِنْ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ یَسُومُونَکُمْ سُوءَ الْعَذابِ یُقَتِّلُونَ أَبْناءَکُمْ وَ یَسْتَحْیُونَ نِساءَکُمْ وَ فی ذلِکُمْ بَلاءٌ مِنْ رَبِّکُمْ عَظیمٌ (141 )
And[ remember ]when We rescued you[ O, Children of Israil ]from Firown"s People who afflicted you with The worst tortures; they killed Your sons[ to cut off the generation ]And spared your women alive[ to work As maids ]and in that was a great Trial from your Creator and Nurturer.
وَ واعَدْنا مُوسى ثَلاثینَ لَیْلَةً وَ أَتْمَمْناها بِعَشْرٍ فَتَمَّ میقاتُ رَبِّهِ أَرْبَعینَ لَیْلَةً وَ قالَ مُوسى لِأَخیهِ هارُونَ اخْلُفْنی فی قَوْمی وَ أَصْلِحْ وَ لا تَتَّبِعْ سَبیلَ الْمُفْسِدینَ (142 )
And We made appointment with Mussa For thirty nights and We completed it With ten more nights; and he Completed the term which was Appointed by his Creator and Nurturer For forty nights. And Mussa[ before Leaving for His Divine Appointment ]Said to his brother Harun:" Replace Me among my people: Put things right[ For them ]and do not conform to The want of the mischief-makers!"

وَ لَمَّا جاءَ مُوسى لِمیقاتِنا وَ کَلَّمَهُ رَبُّهُ قالَ رَبِّ أَرِنی أَنْظُرْ إِلَیْکَ قالَ لَنْ تَرانی وَ لکِنِ انْظُرْ إِلَى الْجَبَلِ فَإِنِ اسْتَقَرَّ مَکانَهُ فَسَوْفَ تَرانی فَلَمَّا تَجَلَّى رَبُّهُ لِلْجَبَلِ جَعَلَهُ دَکًّا وَ خَرَّ مُوسى صَعِقاً فَلَمَّا أَفاقَ قالَ سُبْحانَکَ تُبْتُ إِلَیْکَ وَ أَنَا أَوَّلُ الْمُؤْمِنینَ (143 )
And when Mussa was present at Our Appointment and His Creator and Nurturer spoke to him, he Said:" O, my Creator and Nurturer! Show Yourself to me that I may look At you." Allah said:" You shall never See me, but look at the mountain, if it Stands firm in its place, then you can[ Also ]see Me." But when his Creator and Nurturer reflected His Glory On the mountain, he made it crashed Into pieces and Mussa fainted and fell Down senseless; and when he came Back to his senses, he said humbly:" You are the Absolute Purity[ O, my Creator and Nurturer! ]I repent to You And I am the foremost of The believers." 1?
قالَ یا مُوسى إِنِّی اصْطَفَیْتُکَ عَلَى النَّاسِ بِرِسالاتی وَ بِکَلامی فَخُذْ ما آتَیْتُکَ وَ کُنْ مِنَ الشَّاکِرینَ (144 )
Allah declared:" O, Mussa! I have Chosen you above all mankind by The Mission I gave you and the Words I Spoke[ to you ]; so take what I granted To you with due respect and be of The grateful ones."

1. Since Mussa"s supplication for visiting Allah
manifestly was due to the request of those seventy Children of Israil who had come with him to the Appointed Land, he expressed his repentance and he declared himself as the number one among the believers who had attained Certitude through their visions.

وَ کَتَبْنا لَهُ فِی الْأَلْواحِ مِنْ کُلِّ شَیْءٍ مَوْعِظَةً وَ تَفْصیلاً لِکُلِّ شَیْءٍ فَخُذْها بِقُوَّةٍ وَ أْمُرْ قَوْمَکَ یَأْخُذُوا بِأَحْسَنِها سَأُریکُمْ دارَ الْفاسِقینَ (145 )
And We wrote for him 2? in the Tablets Teachings of every kind and Explanations for every thing;[ and said To Mussa: ]" Hold these[ Divine Lessons ]with firmness, and enjoin your People to do their best in holding fast To them; soon I will show you The Abode of the disobedients." 1?
سَأَصْرِفُ عَنْ آیاتِیَ الَّذینَ یَتَکَبَّرُونَ فِی الْأَرْضِ بِغَیْرِ الْحَقِّ وَ إِنْ یَرَوْا کُلَّ آیَةٍ لا یُؤْمِنُوا بِها وَ إِنْ یَرَوْا سَبیلَ الرُّشْدِ لا یَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبیلاً وَ إِنْ یَرَوْا سَبیلَ الغَیِّ یَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبیلاً ذلِکَ بِأَنَّهُمْ کَذَّبُوا بِآیاتِنا وَ کانُوا عَنْها غافِلینَ (146 )
I will soon turn them away 2? from My Signs, those who behave arrogantly on The earth, so that if they see all The Miracles, they will not believe in Them and if they see the way of Righteousness they will not follow it as A way, but if they see the path of Deviation from the Truth, they will Adopt it; this[ punishment ]is because They denied Our Signs and Miracles And were heedless about them;
وَ الَّذینَ کَذَّبُوا بِآیاتِنا وَ لِقاءِ الْآخِرَةِ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمالُهُمْ هَلْ یُجْزَوْنَ إِلاَّ ما کانُوا یَعْمَلُونَ (147 )
And those who belied Our Signs and Miracles and the Meeting of The Hereafter, even their[ good ]deeds Shall become fruitless. Do they expect To be recompensed save for what they Used to do?
وَ اتَّخَذَ قَوْمُ مُوسى مِنْ بَعْدِهِ مِنْ حُلِیِّهِمْ عِجْلاً جَسَداً لَهُ خُوارٌ أَ لَمْ یَرَوْا أَنَّهُ لا یُکَلِّمُهُمْ وَ لا یَهْدیهِمْ سَبیلاً اتَّخَذُوهُ وَ کانُوا ظالِمینَ (148 )
The people of Mussa, in his Absence, made a calf out of their Ornaments; it was a mere body of a Calf that lowed. Could they not see That the calf neither spoke to them nor Guided them a way? They adopted it[ For worship ]and they did wrong to Themselves;

وَ لَمَّا سُقِطَ فی أَیْدیهِمْ وَ رَأَوْا أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ ضَلُّوا قالُوا لَئِنْ لَمْ یَرْحَمْنا رَبُّنا وَ یَغْفِرْ لَنا لَنَکُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخاسِرینَ (149 )
And when they felt remorseful and Realized that they had gone astray, They said:" If our Creator and Nurturer Does not bestow mercy upon us and Does not forgive us, we shall certainly Be of the losers."
وَ لَمَّا رَجَعَ مُوسى إِلى قَوْمِهِ غَضْبانَ أَسِفاً قالَ بِئْسَما خَلَفْتُمُونی مِنْ بَعْدی أَ عَجِلْتُمْ أَمْرَ رَبِّکُمْ وَ أَلْقَى الْأَلْواحَ وَ أَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخیهِ یَجُرُّهُ إِلَیْهِ قالَ ابْنَ أُمَّ إِنَّ الْقَوْمَ اسْتَضْعَفُونی وَ کادُوا یَقْتُلُونَنی فَلا تُشْمِتْ بِیَ الْأَعْداءَ وَ لا تَجْعَلْنی مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمینَ (150 )
And when Mussa returned to his People, angry and sorrowful, he said:" What an evil thing is that you have Committed 1? during my absence! Did You hurry regarding the Commandment Of your Creator[ which was bestowed To me? ]" And he put down the Tablets And seized his brother by his forelock And drew him towards himself. Harun Said:" O, son of my mother! Indeed The people considered me weak and Were about to kill me, so do not make The enemies gloat over me, nor Include me among the disbelievers."
قالَ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لی وَ لِأَخی وَ أَدْخِلْنا فی رَحْمَتِکَ وَ أَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمینَ (151 )
[ After Mussa"s anger was abated ]He Prayed:" O, my Creator and Nurturer! Forgive me and my brother and bestow Your Mercy upon us, for you are The Supreme-Mercy-Bestow."
1. Worshipping the calf
Translation(Saffarzadeh), Page: 343
إِنَّ الَّذینَ اتَّخَذُوا الْعِجْلَ سَیَنالُهُمْ غَضَبٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَ ذِلَّةٌ فِی الْحَیاةِ الدُّنْیا وَ کَذلِکَ نَجْزِی الْمُفْتَرینَ (152 )
[ Allah stated to Mussa: ]" Those who Chose the calf[ for worship ], very soon Wrath from their Creator and Nurturer Through humiliation will come upon Them in the life of this world; and thus We do recompense the forgers of lies;
وَ الَّذینَ عَمِلُوا السَّیِّئاتِ ثُمَّ تابُوا مِنْ بَعْدِها وَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ رَبَّکَ مِنْ بَعْدِها لَغَفُورٌ رَحیمٌ (153 )
" And those who do evil deeds, then Repent thereafter and believe, surely, You will find your Creator and Nurturer The Merciful Forgiving."
وَ لَمَّا سَکَتَ عَنْ مُوسَى الْغَضَبُ أَخَذَ الْأَلْواحَ وَ فی نُسْخَتِها هُدىً وَ رَحْمَةٌ لِلَّذینَ هُمْ لِرَبِّهِمْ یَرْهَبُونَ (154 )
And, when the anger of Mussa calmed Down, he took up the Tablets; and in The writing therein was Guidance and Grace for all those who fear from The disobedience of their Creator and Nurturer.
وَ اخْتارَ مُوسى قَوْمَهُ سَبْعینَ رَجُلاً لِمیقاتِنا فَلَمَّا أَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ قالَ رَبِّ لَوْ شِئْتَ أَهْلَکْتَهُمْ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَ إِیَّایَ أَ تُهْلِکُنا بِما فَعَلَ السُّفَهاءُ مِنَّا إِنْ هِیَ إِلاَّ فِتْنَتُکَ تُضِلُّ بِها مَنْ تَشاءُ وَ تَهْدی مَنْ تَشاءُ أَنْتَ وَلِیُّنا فَاغْفِرْ لَنا وَ ارْحَمْنا وَ أَنْتَ خَیْرُ الْغافِرینَ (155 )
And Mussa chose out of his People seventy men for Our Place of Meeting and when they were seized With a violent earthquake[ which also Crashed the mountain ]he said:" O, my Creator and Nurturer! If it had been Your Will, You could have destroyed me and Them before; would You destroy us for The deeds of the foolish ones among Us[ who asked for visiting You? ]It is But your trial by which You lead Astray whom You Will and You guide Whom you Will; You are our Guardian, so forgive us and bestow Mercy upon us, for You are The Supreme-Absolver."

وَ اکْتُبْ لَنا فی هذِهِ الدُّنْیا حَسَنَةً وَ فِی الْآخِرَةِ إِنَّا هُدْنا إِلَیْکَ قالَ عَذابی أُصیبُ بِهِ مَنْ أَشاءُ وَ رَحْمَتی وَسِعَتْ کُلَّ شَیْءٍ فَسَأَکْتُبُها لِلَّذینَ یَتَّقُونَ وَ یُؤْتُونَ الزَّکاةَ وَ الَّذینَ هُمْ بِآیاتِنا یُؤْمِنُونَ (156 )
[ Mussa said: ]" O, our Creator and Nurturer! Ordain for us in this world what is Good and in the Hereafter as well. We Have been guided to You." Allah Declared:" I shall afflict with My Chastisement whom I decide entitled; And My Grace embraces all things, so I shall Ordain it exclusively for those Who are pious and pay alms and Believe in Our Signs.

1. The Messenger of Islam
امّا ترس انداختن در دل انسان‌ها و ناامید ساختنشان از آینده، آن هم توسط رسانة پرنفوذی همچون سینما، می‌تواند برای آنان که همواره در مقابل ادیان الهی پرقدرت همچون اسلام ومسیحیت، منزوی بودند، فرصتی روانی در ذهن انسان‌ها به وجود آورد تا برایمقابله با آیندة تاریک بشریت به نیروی دیگری پناه ببرند یا راهی برای خاضعشدن و کنار آمدن با همان نیروی اهریمنی پیدا کنند.
فراموش نکنیم کهاعتقاد به وقوع آرماگدن یا حضور موعود با تغییر ورود به هزارة سوم و رفتناز برج «حوت» به «دلو»، متعلّق به یهودیانی است که هیچ یک از دو موعودقبلی یعنی حضرت عیسی مسیح (ع) و پیامبر اسلام(ص) را نپذیرفتند و شاید بیشاز پیروان سایر ادیان خود را مستحقّ ظهور منجی می‌دانند. در همان «رمزداوینچی» پروفسور آمریکایی «لنگدن» به سوفی، دختری که به دنبال راز کشتهشدن پدر بزرگش در موزة لوور پاریس است، می‌گوید:
«پایان برج حوت وآغاز برج دلو، علامت‌های تاریخی هستند. خانقاه (یعنی همان انجمن مخفییهودی صهیون) می‌خواست در آن هنگام سندها را برای دنیا افشا کند ولی هزارهآمد و هیچ اتفاقی نیفتاد....
دوست لنگدن یعنی «سر لی تیبینگ» (که از طرف انجمن سلطنتی انگلیس سال‌ها درباره خانقاه صهیون و جام مقدّس تحقیق کرده) نیز می‌گوید:
«...منمی‌دانستم که خانقاه تصمیم گرفته است درآغاز هزاره، حقیقت را به دنیابگوید. امّا هزاره، بدون افشاگری گذشت...خانقاه هدف مقدّسی داشت، قرن‌هاافرادی مانند داوینچی، بوتچلی و نیوتن آن سرّها را حفظ کردند....
در کتاب مقدّس دربارة هزاره‌ها و وضعیت نیروهای الهی و شیطانی به شرح زیر آمده است:
...فرشته‌ایرا دیدم که از آسمان به پایین آمد. او کلید چاه بی انتها را همراهمی‌آورد...او اژدها را گرفت و به زنجیر کشید و برای مدت هزار سال به چاه
بیانتها افکند... اژدها همان مار قدیم است که اهریمن و شیطان نیز نامیدهمی‌شود... آنانی را دیدم که جاندار خبیث و مجسمه‌اش را نپرستیده بودند وعلامتش را بر پیشانی و دستهای خود نداشتند. اینان همگی، زندگی را از سرنو آغاز کردند و با مسیح، هزار سال سلطنت نمودند...پس از پایان آن هزارسال، شیطان از زندان آزاد خواهد شد... .2
«پایان روزها» همان اعتقادیهودیانی است که هنوز در انتظار مسیح موعود به سرمی برند و بر این باورندکه در آغاز هزاره و به اصطلاح پایان روزها، یا مسیحای موعود ظهور می‌کندیا شیطان بر جهان غالب می‌گردد. این را در برخی فیلم‌های این چند سال اخیرمانند «دروازة نهم»، «پایان روزها»، «کودک متبرّک»، «هفتمین گناه» و... بهوضوح می‌توان رؤیت کرد. علایم هم یکسان است، برای مثال در کتاب «هری پاتر 3: زندانی آزکابان» آمده است که سگ سیاه، نشانة طالع نحس است و در فیلم «طالع نحس»، بارها و بارها سگ‌های سیاه را مشاهده می‌کنیم، سگ‌هایی که ازدیمین و حتّی راز قبر مادرش حفاظت می‌کنند. نکتة جالب اینکه در همان «هریپاتر 3: زندانی آزکابان» این پدر خواندة هری یعنی سیریوس بلک است که بهشکل سگ سیاه درآمده و در واقع قرار است از هری پاتر در مقابل دشمنانش دفاعنماید. (دقیقاً مانند سگ‌های سیاهی که از دیمین مراقبت می‌نمایند!!) حتماًیادمان هم هست که در «رمز داوینچی» به وضوح از هری پاتر نام برده شده وقصة او از جمله موضوعاتی تلقی می‌شود که در پی زنده نگاه‌داشتن راز جاممقدّس و سلسلة گمشده یا فراموش‌شدة عیسی مسیح و مریم مجدلیه است. ملاحظهمی‌فرمایید که چگونه «رمز داوینچی» به طرز مشکل گشایی همة راز و رمز وارتباط درونمایه‌ای برخی آثار و فیلم‌های سینمایی را بیرون می‌ریزد.
امّا نکتة دیگر اینکه بارها در فیلم «طالع نحس» از جمله به نقل از کیت جنینگز عکاس به نقل از روایات باستانی نقل می‌شود که:
پسر شیطان از دنیای سیاست بیرون خواهد آمد.
رابرت تورن فردی است که حتّی سودای ریاست جمهوری در سر داشت و برای مراسم خاکسپاری‌اش پرزیدنت ایالات متحده شرکت کرد. امّا تصویر
رئیسجمهوری آمریکا که دست در دست دیمین دارد و از پشت سر در کادر دوربین قرارمی‌گیرد، به شدت دستهای از کاریکاتورهای معروف کاریکاتوریست شهیدفلسطینی، «ناجی العلی» را تداعی می‌کند که همواره صهیونیسم را به شکلبچه‌ای با موهای سیخ شده و از پشت سر به تصویر می‌کشید که گاهی هم دستش دردستان عمو سام، یعنی آمریکا بود!
